Site Manager – Electromechanical Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Site Manager to lead electromechanical site operations, ensuring cost, schedule, quality, health, safety and environmental performance across the project.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all site operations, including cost, schedule, quality, health, safety and environmental performance.
• Monitor installation and commissioning activities to ensure technical performance, quality, HSE compliance, budget adherence and timely delivery.
• Represent the company’s interests on site and act as the main project representative.
• Plan and manage site mobilization and demobilization activities.
• Lead and coordinate Installation Supervisors and other site personnel.
• Document deviations, prepare non‑conformance reports and report them to the Project Manager.
• Organise regular site meetings, document minutes and provide progress updates.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and external personnel, and drive strong HSE practices.
• Manage site logistics and procurement of materials and services in partnership with the purchasing team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical construction sites.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, MS Project and Primavera.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work on project sites worldwide.
