Site Manager – Construction & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a Site Manager to ensure the proper functioning of all equipment and systems across our resort properties in the Algarve. You will lead maintenance and repair activities, guaranteeing safety and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, maintenance and repair of diverse equipment and systems on the resort premises.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for electricity, boilers, solar installations, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry works.
• Manage shift schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Supervise external contractors and internal maintenance teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in similar roles with a focus on electrical, boiler, solar, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry systems.
• Hands‑on experience in civil construction.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Valid category B driving licence.
