Services Tender Engineer – Shape Energy & Sustainability

About the role

We are looking for a Services Tender Engineer to join our Services Tendering Team. In this role you will translate customer needs into technically reliable, commercially balanced, and operationally executable service offers that support the full lifecycle of energy assets.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze low to medium‑complexity RFQs for maintenance, modernization and recurring services.
• Interpret customer context beyond specifications and build clear, value‑driven proposals.
• Develop techno‑commercial offers using validated inputs from technical, financial and operational teams.
• Promote lifecycle and recurring services as integral parts of customer solutions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, Purchasing and execution teams to deliver optimized, customer‑centric offers.
• Apply tendering processes, governance and risk analysis to ensure quality, profitability and compliance.
• Manage scope, pricing, deadlines and documentation from analysis to final approval.
• Ensure a smooth handover to Operations once opportunities are won.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in tendering, services or lifecycle‑oriented roles.
• Solid knowledge of medium‑voltage (MV) and low‑voltage (LV) electrical systems and installed base environments.
• Understanding of services business models such as maintenance, modernization, recurring services and spares.
