ServiceNow Deployment Senior Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to lead ServiceNow deployment initiatives within its infrastructure and cloud operations practice. You will work closely with clients to design, implement and optimise IT service management solutions that enhance performance, security and availability.

Key responsibilities

• Design and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM) to align with client operating models.
• Integrate ServiceNow with discovery tools (SCCM, Tanium, Intune) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Drive DevSecOps transformations and implement observability, AIOps and APM capabilities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve cloud‑based systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to re‑engineer IT processes and controls.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• Extensive experience delivering ServiceNow or similar ITSM solutions.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, DevSecOps and major cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and guide teams through ambiguous situations.
