Service Technician – Lisbon

About the role

We are launching BauWatch in Portugal and are looking for our first Service Technician based in Lisbon. You will be responsible for installing, commissioning and maintaining our temporary security solutions on construction sites across the country, working closely with the Managing Director, Sales and the Operations team in Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and configure CCTV towers, access‑control systems and connected devices at customer sites.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely and on‑site to minimise downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs and equipment testing in line with BauWatch standards and safety regulations.
• Carry out regular service visits to ensure equipment remains operational throughout the rental period.
• Support handover of new projects from Sales to Operations, ensuring safe and efficient installations.
• Act as the operational liaison between the Portuguese market and the established Operations team in Spain.

Required profile

• Technical background with experience in installing and maintaining security equipment.
• Ability to work on‑site across Portugal and travel to customer locations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and capacity to provide high‑quality customer service.
• Effective communication to coordinate with teams in Portugal and Spain.
