Senior Technology Procurement Specialist (Hybrid Model)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technology Procurement Specialist to drive procurement initiatives within our digital transformation business. The role combines strategic sourcing, vendor management and contract negotiation to deliver cost‑effective solutions while supporting our innovative projects.

Key responsibilities

• Implement action plans to achieve procurement KPIs related to cash flow and cost reduction.
• Post non‑catalogue purchase orders and contracts, supporting the business with RFPs and negotiations.
• Identify business needs, prioritize operational and financial opportunities, and assess vendor financial stability and risk.
• Develop non‑standard vendor contracts in collaboration with legal and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Communicate business results proactively, manage external supplier relationships, and ensure vendor onboarding compliance.

Required profile

• BA/BS degree in engineering, business or a related field.
• Fluent English (C1) and at least 5 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong negotiation, project management and SRM skills with a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines.
• Experience working with multiple international stakeholders and ability to manage complex deliverables.
