Senior Specialist, Product Management, Global Card Programs

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead product management for its Global Reach Card Programs. The role focuses on scaling the program, improving visibility, monitoring performance, and driving new product development to support issuers expanding internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Establish scalable pipeline tracking and integrate program data with Product Catalog and Salesforce.
• Build and maintain dashboards for program performance, acceptance readiness, and business reporting.
• Deliver the Global Reach Acceptance Indicator to enhance product performance.
• Track KPIs such as adoption, performance, and commercial impact, using insights to shape product strategy.
• Support pricing strategies and client engagements with data‑driven analytics.
