Senior Specialist, Product Commercialization

About the role

The Channel Partnerships team is seeking a Senior Specialist, Product Management to support the development, commercialization, and growth of innovative products and capabilities across Mastercard's ecosystem partner landscape. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Analytics, Data Science, Technology, Commercialization, and Customer Success teams, helping translate data into actionable insights that inform product decisions, business growth, and ecosystem expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, commercialization, and growth of products and capabilities for PayFacs, ISVs, Acquirers, and other ecosystem partners.
• Analyze market, customer, and performance data to identify opportunities, trends, and actionable recommendations.
• Track KPIs, performance metrics, business targets, and ecosystem growth indicators to measure product adoption and overall business impact.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Analytics, and Data Science teams to deliver data‑driven and AI‑enabled capabilities.
• Contribute to go‑to‑market activities, commercialization efforts, and partner adoption strategies.
• Prepare insights, dashboards, and presentations to support decision‑making and regional ecosystem growth.

Required profile

• Experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Analytics, Data Products, Financial Services, Payments, FinTech, Consulting, or related disciplines.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar analytics and visualization tools.
