Senior Software Engineer (Platform)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Altium 365 Platform team and help build cloud‑native applications that power the world’s most collaborative electronics design platform. You will work on complex, high‑load systems, shaping the architecture and delivering new features that enable engineers to design, share and bring products to market faster.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain cloud‑native services and APIs on the Altium 365 platform.
• Implement scalable infrastructure using micro‑services, containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Apply AI/ML techniques to enhance search capabilities and data processing pipelines.
• Perform performance profiling, load and stress testing to ensure high‑availability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical standards and drive architectural decisions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional experience with .NET technologies.
• Proven track record building and operating distributed, high‑load systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for complex technical challenges.
• Ability to influence technical direction across multiple teams.
