Senior SEO Specialist (SEO + GEO)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to co‑own organic growth for a B2B SaaS business. The role blends hands‑on technical SEO with strategic ownership of content architecture, search visibility and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) across traditional and AI‑driven search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical SEO strategy, covering crawlability, indexation, structured data, sitemaps, canonical tags, redirects, site architecture and Core Web Vitals.
• Run regular technical SEO audits with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs and Google Search Console, prioritising fixes by business impact.
• Develop content architecture and internal linking to boost topical authority and organic visibility.
• Lead keyword research and translate GEO intent into actionable content briefs.
• Define and execute the Generative Engine Optimization strategy for AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
• Set link‑building direction, identify link‑worthy assets and oversee digital PR outreach.
• Collaborate with content, product marketing, design and engineering to improve information architecture and technical implementation.
• Present SEO and GEO performance insights to marketing leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably owning organic strategy for a B2B SaaS website.
• Deep technical SEO expertise (crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, site architecture).
• Proven ability to connect organic performance to qualified paying customers.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with content, product marketing, analytics, design and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑influence abilities.
