Senior Project Manager – Renewable Energy

About the role

The Universal Kraft group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead its renewable energy portfolio, covering solar, wind, hydro, waste‑to‑energy, water treatment, and emerging storage solutions such as green hydrogen and ammonia. You will own the full project lifecycle, from concept through delivery, working with cross‑functional teams across engineering, legal, finance and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close renewable energy projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, and cost.
• Mentor and support the internal Project Management team, shaping tools, processes, and governance.
• Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers; implement mitigation strategies.
• Report progress to internal and external stakeholders and manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, regulators, and external counsel.
• Provide technical input, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
