Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex projects, ensuring robust governance and alignment with senior sponsors. This role requires a top‑down perspective to drive delivery on time, on budget and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain project structure, governance and stakeholder management.
• Represent the project to sponsors and report progress directly to them.
• Escalate transversal issues and provide a top‑down perspective.
• Lead the daily project team, allocating tasks and prioritising work to meet delivery goals.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team and with the client.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to deliver impactful presentations to senior management.
• Facilitation skills to mobilise project contributors effectively.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with project management methodologies and related tools.
