Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑regional initiatives within the BNP Paribas group. The role involves shaping project governance, aligning stakeholders across EMEA, APAC and AMER, and ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain project structure, governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for senior sponsors.
• Manage and engage key stakeholders, including senior management and support functions across the global organization.
• Escalate transversal issues and provide top‑down perspective to resolve them promptly.
• Allocate tasks, prioritize work and lead the project team on a daily basis to achieve milestones.
• Deliver high‑impact presentations to internal clients and senior leadership.
• Facilitate workshops and mobilise contributors to ensure collaborative progress.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team and with the client.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience applying project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven ability to interact with senior executives and senior management.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
