Senior Project Manager – IT & Digital Transformation

About the role

Findmore Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead software development and digital transformation initiatives across Portugal and Europe. You will be responsible for aligning project outcomes with business objectives while fostering a collaborative, delivery‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT and software projects, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including Product, Development, QA, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular status updates and executive reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensure governance compliance, and monitor performance using KPIs.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
• Support business analysis to translate requirements into deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools, including AI‑enhanced planning and reporting.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
• Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to delivery.
• Strong background in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English and able to work within the EU.
