Senior Product Owner & Team Leader

About the role

As a Senior Product Owner & Team Leader you will drive the development of a digital web application within Bosch's Data Analytics environment. You will combine strategic product ownership with hands‑on team leadership, collaborating with business stakeholders, technology experts, UX specialists and an international team.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog and define the product roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and actionable priorities.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from requirements and UX/UI design through testing, releases and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate release management and communicate effectively with users and stakeholders.
• Oversee product capacity, budget and service‑level agreements.
• Lead and support an international, distributed team within the Data Analytics tribe.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, foster a collaborative high‑performing environment and support onboarding and professional development.
• Contribute to the design and conception of data‑analytics and digital platform solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Informatics or a comparable field (or equivalent professional experience).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in product ownership and team leadership.
