Senior Product Owner – AI & Data

About the role

Intermedia is looking for a Senior Product Owner to lead execution of AI‑driven experiences across its UCaaS and CCaaS portfolio. You will translate product initiatives into detailed, actionable requirements and ensure delivery with quality and predictability.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Senior Product Owner across multiple development teams, driving day‑to‑day execution and removing blockers.
• Prioritize and maintain clear, structured backlogs aligned with product goals and stakeholder needs.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, daily stand‑ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross‑functional partners to translate business needs into detailed requirements.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and workflow diagrams/UML models for development teams.
• Plan and coordinate releases across engineering, QA, operations, and customer‑facing teams, communicating progress, risks, and timelines.

Required profile

• 4+ years experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development, coordinating delivery across multiple teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of processing complex information and producing clear, structured requirements.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to facilitate productive discussions and align diverse teams.
• Deep experience working with Scrum or other Agile frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Upper‑intermediate or higher English proficiency with strong asynchronous communication skills.
