Senior Product Manager

About the role

Emergn is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the day‑to‑day direction, discovery, prioritisation and delivery of its Praxis product. Working closely with the VP of Product Development, you will translate strategy into measurable customer outcomes and a clear roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Own product priorities, roadmap sequencing, backlog management and feature scope within the agreed strategy.
• Drive continuous customer discovery and market research to identify the most valuable problems to solve.
• Lead experimentation and product discovery activities to validate assumptions and reduce uncertainty.
• Improve product adoption, activation, retention and overall customer value.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to deliver high‑quality outcomes and report on performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, digital or technology environments.
• Strong product discovery background, including customer interviews and evidence‑based decision making.
• Experience building or scaling B2B SaaS products.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise investments using customer, market and business data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
