Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (US B2B)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid‑acquisition efforts for our US B2B market. You will own the full performance‑marketing funnel, from Google Ads execution to lead‑to‑pipeline analysis, while mentoring a junior PPC specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Clutch and other paid channels to generate high‑quality B2B leads.
• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, testing, and performance reporting.
• Analyse traffic, lead quality, conversion rates and pipeline contribution using GA4, CRM and custom dashboards.
• Develop hypotheses, run experiments, and scale successful tactics, including AI‑powered and LLM‑based advertising.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics and Marketing Operations teams.
• Mentor and support the growth of a PPC specialist.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in PPC / performance marketing, primarily in the US B2B space.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns independently with meaningful budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency and Ukrainian C2 level.
• Proactive, independent and curious about emerging channels and technologies.
