Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid acquisition for its US B2B client market. You will own the full performance marketing funnel, from Google Ads execution to data‑driven experimentation, while mentoring junior talent.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize Google Ads and other paid channels to generate high‑quality B2B leads.
• Manage acquisition on platforms such as Clutch, LinkedIn Ads, and emerging AI‑powered channels.
• Plan campaigns, budgets, targeting, testing, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
• Analyze the entire B2B funnel using GA4, CRM data, and dashboards.
• Build hypotheses, run experiments, and scale successful tactics.
• Collaborate with Content, SEO, Analytics, and Marketing Operations teams.
• Explore new acquisition channels and AI/LLM‑based advertising tools, including ChatGPT.
• Contribute to performance strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Mentor and manage a PPC specialist, fostering their development.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in PPC / performance marketing.
• Proven expertise with Google Ads in the US B2B market.
• Experience managing campaigns independently with meaningful budgets.
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics.
• Proficiency with GA4 and CRM data integration.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, independent, and curious about new channels and technologies.
• Experience mentoring marketers or a strong interest in people‑management.
• Upper‑intermediate English and Ukrainian C2 language level.
