Senior Performance Marketer

About the role

Dapper is seeking a Senior Performance Marketer to drive online growth for B2B clients, from strategy through execution. You will work with start‑ups, scale‑ups and established enterprises, helping them achieve measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise paid media strategies that generate qualified leads for B2B clients.
• Take full ownership of projects, challenge briefs, align with client goals and collaborate with the team to deliver better outcomes.
• Own and lead client relationships throughout onboarding, strategy development, performance reviews and roadmap planning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably in a B2B, fast‑scaling or agency environment.
• Based in Lisbon, Portugal, with a growth mindset and openness to feedback.
• Strategic thinker who also enjoys diving into details such as analytics and paid‑media execution.
• Proactive owner who takes responsibility for project success and supports teammates in raising the bar.
