Senior Performance Creative Designer (Static & Motion)

About the role

We are looking for a senior performance creative who will own paid static and motion assets for Kraken Consumer and Krak. You will take concepts from idea through production, leveraging AI tools and delivering multi‑market creative that drives clicks and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid static creative across product launches, campaigns and always‑on activity for channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X.
• Concept, produce and ship performance video assets (9:16, 1:1, 4:5) and AI‑generated imagery, ensuring each format meets platform specifications.
• Scale versions and localizations across markets, languages and regulatory requirements while maintaining a high craft standard.
• Analyze performance data (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) to iterate creative hooks and inform next‑round concepts.

Required profile

• 5+ years in performance creative within a high‑volume in‑house team or agency, preferably in fintech, crypto or other regulated sectors.
• Portfolio demonstrating paid static work, full video cuts, AI‑assisted pieces and a tested concept with performance results.
• Strong copywriting instinct with plain‑language, value‑first messaging.
• Comfort working under regulatory constraints and fast‑turnaround environments.
