Senior MLOps Engineer

About the role

Join Continental's Digital Solutions Department as a Senior MLOps Engineer. You will be responsible for turning machine‑learning prototypes into reliable, production‑ready services that power smarter, safer mobility for global fleet customers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines that move ML models from development to production.
• Build and manage scalable, cloud‑based ML infrastructure using infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and rollback processes to ensure reliability and reproducibility.
• Set up monitoring and feedback loops for model performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers and cross‑functional teams to integrate models and standardise workflows.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship and best‑practice guidance to the team.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• More than 3 years of professional experience as an MLOps Engineer.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
