Senior Marketing Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Martinhal Group is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to steer integrated marketing across its luxury hospitality, branded residences and lifestyle portfolio in Lisbon and the Algarve. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will drive brand growth, pre‑opening campaigns and premium international PR.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that aligns brand positioning with commercial goals and guest experience.
• Lead campaign planning and activation for existing properties and new openings, including partnerships, events and influencer programmes.
• Own pre‑opening marketing activities such as launch planning, public relations, digital presence and sales enablement.
• Oversee creative production across content, photography, video and brand communications.
• Manage relationships with PR agencies, media partners and tourism/education stakeholders.
• Support junior team members and collaborate with cross‑functional leadership.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or multi‑property hotel groups.
• Deep knowledge of the Portuguese luxury hotel and tourism market.
• Proven track record with hotel pre‑openings, launches or rebrands.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
