Senior Key Account Manager – Portugal

About the role

Glovo is looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to own a portfolio of top food partners in Porto. You will build strong relationships, drive growth through strategic initiatives, and ensure partners achieve their business objectives on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain proactive communication with partners, conducting regular meetings and business reviews.
• Monitor and report on portfolio KPIs, taking corrective actions to meet targets.
• Design and execute promotional plans, marketing activations, and menu performance strategies.
• Negotiate commissions, secure preferred partnership agreements, and optimize partner visibility.
• Identify and reactivate churned or inactive partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and customer service quality.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of high‑performance account management or business consultancy experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Experience in FMCG, food‑hospitality or on‑demand delivery sectors.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑growth startup environment.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English with strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and data‑driven.
