Senior Key Account Manager – Construction Solutions

About the role

Effisus is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to drive commercial growth in Lisbon. You will develop new business opportunities, manage strategic accounts and position our building‑envelope solutions on major construction and refurbishment projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue business opportunities within the Portuguese construction market.
• Manage and grow strategic accounts, acting as the main point of contact for architects, developers, main contractors and engineering consultants.
• Promote and specify Effisus products – weatherproofing, airtightness, façade membranes and sealing systems – in project specifications.
• Conduct on‑site project engagement and provide technical, consultative sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of commercial and technical strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction, building‑materials or façade sectors.
• Strong commercial and business‑development background with a consultative sales approach.
• Experience working with architects, consultants, contractors or developers.
• Fluent Portuguese and English.
• Based in the Greater Lisbon area.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related construction field.
