Senior IT Buyer – Procurement Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Senior IT Buyer to lead procurement activities for our technology portfolio. Based in Lisbon, you will work closely with business stakeholders to optimise costs and manage strategic supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Establish strong working relationships with key business stakeholders.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts and achieve cost synergies aligned with the department roadmap.
• Reinforce Supplier Relationship Management with strategic partners and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with procurement policies and processes.
• Utilise company sourcing tools and reporting systems effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience negotiating and managing IT contracts.
• Proven experience with SaaS providers and system integrators.
• Strong understanding of sourcing levers from specification to contracting.
• Senior‑level professional capable of influencing internal stakeholders.
