Senior Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

Join Emma, the world’s largest direct‑to‑consumer sleep brand, as a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager. You will lead the planning and execution of influencer campaigns that amplify our brand across the Iberia market and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end execution of influencer campaigns, ensuring timely and high‑quality results.
• Identify, assess, and negotiate with influencers across various platforms.
• Manage contracts, budgets, and collaborate with external agencies and internal teams for approvals.
• Work closely with creative and legal teams to align on messaging and strategy.
• Monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and contribute to the evolution of the influencer program.

Required profile

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, communication, marketing, or a similar field.
• At least two years of proven influencer‑marketing experience, preferably focused on the Iberia market.
• Deep understanding of social‑media platforms and audience behaviours.
• Data‑driven with strong analytical abilities.
• Independent, structured, and self‑reliant work style.
• Proactive, initiative‑taking, and capable of managing projects autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in stakeholder engagement.
