Senior Growth Specialist

About the role

Sword Health is seeking a Senior Growth Specialist to own paid acquisition performance across the United States and international markets. You will work closely with the Growth and Marketing teams to drive user acquisition, optimize spend, and scale AI‑powered creative campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and emerging channels.
• Generate and iterate AI‑driven ad creative (video and static) at scale, handling production personally.
• Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and performance reporting across multiple markets.
• Design and execute structured experiments on creative, audience, and messaging, scaling successful variants.
• Improve conversion rates on landing pages and ad‑to‑page relevance, collaborating with Product and Design teams.
• Partner with Design, Tech, Clinical, and senior stakeholders to align campaigns with broader business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in paid acquisition and performance marketing, preferably in a SaaS or health‑tech environment.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools for creative generation (Level 1 or higher on Sword’s AI proficiency framework).
• Hands‑on mindset with a track record of building and testing AI‑generated ads.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, run experiments, and drive optimization.
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and manage senior stakeholder expectations.
