Senior Flutter Engineer / Mobile Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Engineer / Mobile Architect to lead the design and delivery of cross‑platform mobile applications for a long‑term digital transformation programme in the HVAC industry. You will work on innovative connected products that drive smarter energy usage and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of Flutter‑based mobile applications.
• Drive technical delivery across multiple mobile projects, ensuring scalability and quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate backend services and hardware interfaces.
• Mentor and coach engineers, promoting best practices and coding standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release processes.
• Implement and maintain BLE and NFC integrations for connected devices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in mobile development and architecture.
• Strong commercial experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Hands‑on experience with native iOS and Android development.
• Knowledge of Flutter testing frameworks and CI/CD workflows.
• Exposure to BLE and NFC technologies.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English.
