Senior Flutter Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team working on a long‑term digital transformation project for a leading HVAC company. You will help shape the future of energy‑efficient heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning by building high‑quality cross‑platform mobile applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver maintainable Flutter applications based on technical specifications.
• Participate in peer code reviews, enforce architectural patterns and linting rules.
• Write clean, testable code and create comprehensive unit, widget and integration test suites.
• Integrate Flutter modules with native iOS and Android components, handling plugins and low‑level hardware interfaces.
• Continuously improve team workflows, reduce technical debt and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience with a strong track record of shipping production‑grade Flutter apps.
• Solid understanding of native iOS (Swift/Objective‑C) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java) ecosystems.
