Senior Finance Project Manager – Tax Focus (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Senior Finance Project Manager with a tax focus to join its New Business Initiatives team in Bangkok. You will work at the intersection of finance and strategic projects, helping to launch and scale new company‑wide initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of finance‑centric strategic initiatives across the organisation.
• Analyse the impact of new projects on accounting, tax, treasury, operations, commercial and risk functions.
• Collaborate with IT, product, legal, marketing and customer service teams to gather requirements and optimise processes.
• Drive integration and automation of financial workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain continuous communication between project teams and finance stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance project management, preferably with exposure to tax matters.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities, comfortable navigating ambiguous and fast‑changing environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a track record of influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Self‑starter attitude and ability to work independently while delivering results.
