Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

The Senior Finance Analyst will support ongoing financial forecasting and build robust financial models to guide strategic decisions across new product development, portfolio analysis, expense and investment evaluation, and regulatory impact assessments. This role partners closely with finance, accounting, and business teams to ensure accurate reporting and insight-driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop drafts of the annual plan, long‑range plan (LRP), and long‑term business expectations (LBEs), including P&L, headcount, balance sheet, expenses and capital.
• Conduct variance analysis for each planning cycle and generate management reporting schedules.
• Collaborate with Accounting Shared Services on monthly close, ensuring accurate results, variance commentary and issue resolution.
• Support capital processes, including RCE preparation and review in line with financial policies.
• Provide financial reviews and approvals for purchase orders and invoices.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis and forecasting for internal teams and external customers as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance or accounting preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Background in cost accounting highly desired.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel is mandatory.
• Knowledge of SAP and TM1 is a plus.
