Senior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Conscium, an early‑stage AI startup, is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to own and execute its digital channels. Working remotely from Europe, you will turn the go‑to‑market strategy into measurable results and see the impact of your work quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the conscium.com website in HubSpot CMS, ensuring UX, accessibility and performance.
• Execute SEO and AEO strategies, optimise service, blog and pillar pages, and conduct keyword research and on‑page audits.
• Design and manage email nurture programmes, lead scoring, segmentation and follow‑up sequences in HubSpot.
• Run sector‑specific paid media campaigns, test audience targeting and optimise landing pages.
• Support webinars and digital events, building registration pages and handling follow‑up communications.
• Track and report on leads, cost‑per‑lead, traffic and pipeline contribution using GA4, Google Search Console and HubSpot data.
• Collaborate on social media content calendars and produce branded assets using Canva and Adobe tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B technology or professional services.
• Hands‑on operational experience managing digital campaigns.
• Strong expertise with HubSpot CRM and CMS, including page and landing‑page creation.
