Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist / AI Engineer to design and deliver end‑to‑end machine learning and AI solutions. The role is based in Lisbon and follows a hybrid work model, allowing you to work both onsite and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI solutions, covering data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases and translate them into technical roadmaps.
• Build and optimise data pipelines (ETL) using SQL and Python.
• Support model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance in production environments.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to promote data‑driven decision making.
• Track and report project progress using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in data, analytics, or AI roles.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and natural language processing techniques.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English (C1+).
