Senior CRM Marketing Officer (French Speaker)

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Senior CRM Marketing Officer who is fluent in French to support its international marketing initiatives. The role acts as the main liaison between Paris‑based marketing project managers and the local operational team, ensuring seamless execution of CRM campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with marketing project managers in Paris to align campaign objectives and timelines.
• Work closely with the Team Leader to manage day‑to‑day operational activities.
• Supervise and develop the skills of CRM campaign assistants.
• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of CRM campaigns, guaranteeing quality and compliance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce performance reports for each campaign.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of CRM concepts and tools.
• Fluent in English and French (minimum B2 level).
• Highly organized, rigorous, and communicative.
• Altruistic mindset with a collaborative approach.
