Senior Clinical Project Manager – Oncology

About the role

IQVIA Biotech is seeking an experienced CPM/Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead oncology clinical studies, ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery while managing budgets and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for execution of clinical studies or assigned portions, optimizing speed, quality and cost.
• Develop integrated study management plans with the core project team and collaborate across functional groups to achieve milestones.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Maintain financial success by forecasting, identifying acceleration opportunities, and managing scope changes.
• Serve as primary contact with customers, building relationships and supporting business development efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including over 1 year in project management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH GCP, and applicable local regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project financials, contractual obligations, and deliver results in a cross‑functional environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and strong customer service orientation.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ICH GCP and clinical trial regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in project financial management and risk mitigation.
