Senior Business Manager – Tech Talent Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Business Manager to drive growth and build high‑performing technology teams in Portugal. Based in Lisbon with a hybrid work model, you will develop new business opportunities and nurture long‑term client partnerships for YER Tech Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the client portfolio in the technology sector.
• Identify, approach, and win new clients, building trusted relationships with decision‑makers and hiring managers.
• Understand clients’ business challenges and provide tailored talent solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to deliver outstanding hiring experiences.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the full sales cycle.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Contribute to the growth strategy and future success of YER Tech Solutions in Portugal.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, account management or recruitment consultancy.
• Track record of generating new business and managing strategic client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and results‑driven mindset.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.

Required skills

• Experience selling recruitment, staffing, consulting or technology services (highly valued).
