Senior Business Manager Officer

About the role

eXalt-Fi is supporting a leading international financial institution to strengthen its transversal management teams. As a Senior Business Manager Officer you will coordinate projects, drive KPI management and reporting, and support the restructuring of teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and continuously improve KPIs for transversal activities.
• Produce business and operational reports covering production control, HR data and finance data.
• Support team restructuring initiatives and coordinate small‑scale projects end‑to‑end.
• Oversee budget and cost‑control as part of overall business management.
• Interface with senior management, lead meetings and ensure follow‑up on action items.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager, Coordinator, Business Manager or PMO.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience handling large HR, production or finance datasets.
• Excellent English; French is a strong plus (Portuguese not required).
• Proactive, structured and confident when interacting with senior stakeholders.
