Senior Associate – Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Associate in Supply Chain to join our team in Juncos, Puerto Rico. The role focuses on inventory and production planning, ensuring that supply aligns with inventory targets while supporting cross‑functional operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform weekly and monthly capacity planning to match resources with demand.
• Support new product launches and revisions.
• Represent the planning department in improvement initiatives and planning meetings.
• Plan both standard and non‑standard production orders and manage short‑term capacity requirements.
• Oversee inventory management for finished goods and intermediates.
• Communicate and manage critical items and issues internally.
• Maintain accurate material and production master data.

Required profile

• High school diploma/GED with 4 years related experience, or associate degree with 2 years, or bachelor’s degree with 6 months, or master’s degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Sciences, or Life Sciences.
• Three or more years of relevant professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Experience using SAP (Order‑to‑Cash, TM or similar ERP modules).
• Familiarity with data‑visualization tools such as Tableau, Smartsheet, or PowerBI.
