Senior Architect

About the role

Quadrante is seeking a Senior Architect to join its Architecture department in Lisbon. You will work on a diverse portfolio of national and international projects, contributing to the design and delivery of high‑quality built environments.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client requests and actively participate in meetings to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Develop and implement tools and methodologies that boost individual and team productivity.
• Support, guide, and mentor junior team members.
• Monitor and manage project processes with stakeholders and authorities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary development, aligning with project objectives and client expectations.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar senior architectural role.
• Proven ability to design across multiple project phases using Revit.
• High autonomy, attention to detail, and strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
