Senior Architect

About the role

MASSLAB is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of innovative projects that shape future living experiences. You will work from our Porto office, collaborating with a multicultural team on both local and international assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop bold conceptual designs and translate them into detailed 2D/3D solutions.
• Manage all project phases—from concept and licensing to detailed design and construction follow‑up.
• Ensure rigorous quality control and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the firm’s vision of designing for a hopeful future.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 7 years of professional experience across all project phases.
• Strong conceptual and design abilities in both 2D and 3D.
• Meticulous attention to architectural detail and disciplined project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Proactive, motivated, and initiative‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (BIM) – considered an asset.
• Competence with graphic and design tools for 2D/3D work.
