Senior Account Manager

About the role

The Senior Account Manager will operate at the intersection of account management, creator operations, and cross‑functional coordination within a fast‑scaling digital ecosystem. You will strengthen relationships with creators and agencies while improving the efficiency, transparency, and performance of account‑management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and optimise account‑management processes to enhance communication, tracking and operational efficiency.
• Gather and analyse creator and agency feedback, turning trends into actionable improvements.
• Ensure high standards of creator performance, including content quality, engagement and promotional consistency.
• Support and enhance creator‑driven promotion strategies across multiple social platforms.
• Monitor weekly performance, posting consistency and campaign delivery across creators.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives related to creator tools, analytics and operational systems.
• Unify creator analytics across internal tools, dashboards and reporting systems.
• Oversee payout processes to guarantee accuracy, transparency and timely execution.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve creator‑facing tools and workflows.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, operational and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience managing complex workflows in a fast‑paced, digital‑first environment.
• Financial literacy and comfort with technical tools.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholder management.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, reporting, dashboards).
• Financial operations tools such as 1C.
• Analytics or visualisation platforms (e.g., Superset or similar).
• Project‑management and collaboration tools like Slack and Jira.
