Senior 3D Designer – Spatial Planning & Rendering

About the role

This senior position leads the spatial design of ambitious brand experiences from concept through physical execution. Based in Portugal, you will translate creative briefs into compelling environments, balancing visual storytelling with practical knowledge of materials, fabrication, and installation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead 3D and spatial design for major projects, creating photorealistic renderings that communicate lighting, materials, scale and atmosphere.
• Develop spatial systems, architectural concepts, material palettes and environmental designs adaptable across different brand touchpoints.
• Partner with Creative Directors and Design Directors to shape creative direction and innovate spatial concepts.
• Translate concepts into production‑ready solutions, handling technical development, documentation, fabrication and installation.
• Manage complex client presentations and oversee projects from concept through fabrication while balancing creative goals, deadlines and budgets.

Required profile

• Extensive professional experience in 3D design within an agency, experiential, architectural or related environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse 3D and spatial design work, including projects that have been physically built.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, confident in explaining complex spatial concepts to clients and leadership.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and ability to adopt new AI‑enabled workflows.
