Search Expert

About the role

The Search Expert will partner with the Zone Category Digital Lead to design and roll‑out a comprehensive search strategy across Nestlé Business Solutions markets. Working closely with local teams, external agencies and partners, you will help accelerate the achievement of search‑related objectives and key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Zone Category Digital Lead in developing and implementing the overall search strategy, assessing brand and market search maturity.
• Oversee creation, performance monitoring and optimisation of SEO and SEM campaigns across search engines, e‑retailers, platforms and voice interfaces.
• Manage search agencies to maximise effectiveness in keyword acquisition, audience management, analysis and optimisation.
• Coordinate localisation and development of keyword strategies aligned with business goals to improve existing content and uncover new opportunities.
• Build capability across markets by organising webinars, producing guidelines and supporting the Zone Category team.
• Establish and roll out governance models, processes and ways of working to deploy the search strategy efficiently in a complex organisation.
• Promote the use of global search frameworks, shared services and recommended tools to achieve business objectives.
• Produce regular performance reports and share best practices.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with large FMCG brands.
• Proven track record of delivering on KPIs that impact top‑line and bottom‑line results.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional and international teams.
