Scrum Master – Powerplant Hardware Team

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Scrum Master to join Tekever’s hardware development team in Caldas da Rainha. Working closely with senior Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, you will help the engineering team deliver innovative power‑plant hardware products that combine electronics, 3‑D structures and software.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum events, including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear, prioritized backlog and ensuring the team understands upcoming work.
• Promote adherence to Scrum principles and values, removing impediments that affect productivity.
• Encourage collaboration and transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Maintain Scrum artifacts such as sprint backlogs, burn‑down charts and other progress indicators.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying improvement areas during retrospectives and implementing actionable solutions.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile project‑management role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, with a strong desire for in‑person collaboration.
• Proactive, team‑oriented, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
