About the role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies, support the Product Owner, and coach the development team in adopting Scrum and related practices.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, ensuring Scrum events are effective.
- Assist the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritisation to maximise value delivery.
- Identify and remove impediments, whether technical, organisational or people‑related.
- Coach the team towards self‑organisation and continuous improvement, monitoring metrics such as velocity and productivity.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, XP, Kanban).
- Strong communication, analytical and listening skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Automated Testing, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
- Knowledge of Test‑Driven Development (TDD) and Agile metrics such as velocity.
