SAP Manufacturing & Supply Chain Manager

About the role

Armacell is seeking a senior SAP Manufacturing & Supply Chain Manager to lead the global SAP domain within its S/4HANA transformation. You will own end‑to‑end processes, drive standardisation across plants and act as the trusted advisor to supply‑chain leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the SAP Manufacturing & Supply Chain domain globally (PP/PP‑PI, QM, MM, WM/EWM).
• Define future system architecture, including MRP Live, advanced planning and shop‑floor integrations.
• Lead a distributed team of SAP experts, providing coaching and aligning with the global template.
• Drive harmonisation of Plan‑to‑Deliver processes and transition from legacy solutions to S/4HANA.
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into scalable SAP solutions and improve legacy processes.

Required profile

• 12+ years of SAP experience in manufacturing or supply‑chain environments.
• Proven leadership of global teams and large‑scale SAP programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate strategically and operationally.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel ~20% (up to 35% if remote‑based).
