SAP Business Partner Expert (Customer/Vendor)

About the role

This role’s mission is to manage, protect, and maximize the value of an organization's data assets by ensuring they are accurate, accessible, secure, and compliant. You will act as a business custodian who implements data governance policies, improves data quality, and bridges the gap between technical teams and business users.

Key responsibilities

• Define, align and execute the product roadmap together with the product owner and product teams.
• Maintain close alignment with product owner, central IT, agile master and external service provider to monitor current sprints and plan future ones.
• Steer the test team and approve user stories.
• Drive migration activities, including data cleansing and 3rd‑level support (ticket handling, lower‑level support, bug fixing).
• Support technical and solution concepts based on business requirements and architectural guidelines together with enterprise architects.
• Own the complete IT delivery of the Business Partner (Customer/Vendor) in an agile environment.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Approximately 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role combining enterprise SAP systems with business process design.
• Proven track record of leading or facilitating projects with close collaboration between IT units and business user departments.
• Agile project‑management experience is a plus, as is demonstrated collaboration between IT and user departments.
