SAP BRIM Consultant – Manager

About the role

As a SAP BRIM Consultant, Manager, you will lead client engagements focused on Lead‑to‑Cash transformation. You will guide teams in implementing SAP C/4 Sales, Service and Marketing cloud solutions, SAP Subscription Billing, Entitlement Management and related SAP S/4 modules to enable next‑generation XaaS business models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP BRIM implementation projects, driving Lead‑to‑Cash transformation for clients.
• Plan and execute SAP C/4 Sales, Service, and Marketing cloud deployments.
• Utilize SAP Subscription Billing and Entitlement Management to enhance client business models.
• Analyze complex business processes and develop strategic recommendations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, build consensus and ensure positive outcomes.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering personal development.
• Simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Uphold the firm’s ethical standards in all client interactions.

Required profile

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for a Master’s or MBA in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to develop strategic business solutions.
