Salesforce Release Manager – French

About the role

Inetum is looking for a Salesforce Release Manager who will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of release processes across multiple Salesforce orgs. The role requires close collaboration with development, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth, risk‑controlled deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Salesforce release cycles, including sandbox management, version control, and deployment automation.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee release readiness and minimise risk.
• Monitor and continuously improve release processes, governance, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and security standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Release Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and metadata.
• Hands‑on experience with release management tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, DevOps Specialist).
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a DevOps culture.
